do you use blog submission services?
as a small biz owner, i hear it's important to list your blog on the various directories, however, who has the time? i see there are submission services companies that will do it for you. does anyone have any experience with this issue?

I used www.submitedge.com waaay back, but it doesn't look like they do blog submission anymore. You might wanna email them and ask them if they will do it for you. I'm sure they will. Their rates are great.
I will suggest adding your blog to at least 10 good directories. What makes a good directory?
1. Good pagerank (4 or better is a good pagerank). Use this page to check a page rank
2. NO SPAM! (if all the blogs listed are just marketing blogs promoting affiliate sites, avoid it)
3. If you have to pay to be included in the directory, skip it!
I use BlogCatalog.com - it's kinda like a combined community and directory. It's definitely worth checkin' out.

http://blogs.botw.org (one of the best!)
http://globeofblogs.com
And if you can get listed here, try http://dmoz.org (it's very difficult to get in and make take 6 months to get listed)

That reminds me, I need to get back to managing that site. It's so neglected.
