Damn~ I love the few songs I have heard from Buble but have never heard this one AND have not heard of Nina Simone. I will have to check them both out!!!!

Ohmygawd! Nina Simone has the richest voice, she can give you chills. She sang from the depths of her soul. Sisterstalk is so right on when she refers to her as the soul goddess. I think Buble's rendition is good, but it's mostly the backup band that makes it absolutely fabulous, whereas with Nina it was always, always her voice and her soul that carried a song.

I loooooove this song too. I've always contemplated singing it at karaoke. I remember a guy and girl sang this song on American Idol the same week and both were voted off lol. They did well though.
