Yes, people do give out cards as a "call me if you're interested" gesture. But that guy is a prick who's mad you didn't run over and ALLOW him to let you suck on his knob -as if that's some kind of privilege! He's acting as if every gay man in the world should feel privileged to get an opportunity to suck on his closeted gay penis.

THAT'S the kind of attitude I get from girls around here who get mad when I'm not jumping up and down with excitement when they want to talk to me.

About the cards, I would suggest you try using them, but you're so extroverted that you wouldn't need a card to strike up conversation with someone.
